Midwest Contact Center Association is a non-profit association of contact center professionals with the common goal of education, collaboration and networking.
MWCCA plans 6-8 events per year including educational seminars, call center tours, lunch and learns and networking events. Only paid members may attend events, however all contact center professionals are encouraged to try their first event without membership. First time guests can register as a first time guest and only pay the event fee. We are confident you will see immense value and join our organization afterwards.
This is a volunteer run organization. 100% of the revenue from membership, event registration, and sponsorship goes back into providing great events in the future. We are an organization run for contact center professionals by contact center professionals. If you would like to get involved as a volunteer, please contact any Board Member.
